Upon a successful deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Account Identity: Your Facebook/Google login UID and profile information.
- Personal Information: Your name, email address, and any contact details provided.
- App Usage Data: Any preferences, settings, or virtual items linked to your account.
- Activity Logs: Historical logs associated with your user ID.
3. How to Request Deletion
If you have already uninstalled the app and wish to delete your data, please send an email to our support team:

- Subject: Account Deletion Request — [Your User ID or Registered Email]
- Processing Time: Our team will verify and process your request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
4. Important Notice
- Irreversibility: Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- Financial Records: Some transaction data (if any) may be retained for a limited period as required by local tax and financial laws in Hong Kong.
